I have discussed you having a weekend off with Chet (I know you need it really bad). Chet asked if you could see the project through as he (nor do I) have anyone in the wings who can step in.

I realize this sucks, but fortunately (or unfortunately…however you look at it), you are the sole “Resource”. Hopefully, soon, you will have some underlings to deal with and delegate to.

If you think Lucky or any of his band of brothers/sisters can handle the reactor during the weekend, without anyone killing themselves or blowing the building up…please, by all means, take the weekend off. Otherwise, I have no suggestions or solutions.

Obviously, we all need training and written instructions. However, since we are still in the “adjusting” phase and tweaking the reactor is SOP (not to mention pulsing the coil so it does not burn up), you are the only person who can run the system at this time.
